Program Requirement

In addition to the general requirements of the university, specific requirements for admission to classified graduate status are:

1. 2.5 GPA overall, with 3.0 in the major
2. Three letters of recommendation
3. A two-page statement of intent
4. Competence in the following prerequisite courses or their equivalents
5. Math 110: College Algebra
6. PSCI 203: American Government
7. PSCI 484: National Security Policy

Note: We do not require a GRE at this time.

Application Process
To be admitted to the Master of Arts in National Security Studies, the student will need to apply to both the University and the NSS Program.
